Absolutely, we perform extensive background and CRB checks on all our staff before they begin working for us. We train them to the highest standards and ensure these are used on every single job. If there is an issue however, please contact us immediately and we will offer a solution. Your trust is always our top priority.
How often can you provide your cleaning or maintenance services?
We are flexible depending on your needs. We can come as a one-off, daily, weekly, monthly, or any other schedule you require. Just let us know and we’ll arrange it.
What type of products do you use?
Blue Flag Clean are proud to use only eco-friendly products for our cleaning services. All our products meet the highest standards for health and safety. This protects our staff, homeowners, residents or workers and means that everyone has a safe environment to live or work in
Is Blue Flag Clean fully insured ?
Yes, we have public liability insurance cover up to £10 million.
Do you carry out a risk assessment?
Yes, a risk assessment is carried out at every property that we visit.
Do you supply all your everything needed for cleaning and maintenance?
Yes, we supply the labour, and all equipment and materials required for cleaning or maintenance. If you have questions about something specific for your site, please ask.
How is payment arranged?
We accept most methods of payment. Simply pay us on the day or we can arrange a payment schedule that suits you and the frequency of our service.
What areas do you cover?
